THE PRODUCTION CHAIN

The food production chain represents all of the steps involved in the production of a food product, everything that happens between "the land and the table", from the raw materials used to what we eat, it is a system that involves every link in the food production chain (farmers, producers of seed and animal feeding, breeders, processing and production industries, transport companies and traders, right through to the end consumer).

TRACEABILITY

The traceability of the production chain means the ability to reconstruct the history of a product and follow it throughout its lifespan until it is on the market.
The monitoring of products is guaranteed by a system of traceability that allows us to register batches of raw materials, semi-processed and finished products in real time, keeping tight control of the items released onto the market.
