A.R.Alimentare products are prepared in accordance with HACCP rules of Good Hygienic Practice (GHP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). We invest our resources to ensure continuous improvement in our production environments, through the use of innovative control systems and also by focusing on the professionalism and training of our production workers. All of our products undergo rigorous checks throughout the various stages of our established control system. These checks are designed to optimise production processes: analysis of raw materials, risk analysis both within the production cycle and for the end product, control measures during distribution and monitoring of the cold chain. A product’s suitability for sale is dependant on a complex control procedure (e.g. laboratory analysis), which guarantees excellent standards of safety and hygiene for the consumer.
