The ARA Academy is an in-house training center with the objective of developing the professional skills necessary for supporting the company’s development strategies, evaluating the background and qualifications of all those who work at A.R. Alimentare, drawing up a balance of skills and, based on training needs, to implement all actions necessary for professional and behavioral development.
